A traditional English brown ale with oven-toasted oats, this brew starts out with a dark, malty nose. Cinnamon and vanilla are very evident in the aroma and flavor, and the unfermented molasses provides a slight sweetness on the palate. The goal of this beer is to provide notes of an oatmeal cookie without being cloyingly sweet or overly spiced.
